Accounts Administrator
Working on behalf of our Basildon based client we are seeking an Accounts Assistant.
The Role
Duties will include:
- Assisting with payroll processing
- Maintaining data (including Sub contractor database, including CIS)
- Supporting routine accounting tasks to a high degree of accuracy
- Assisting with subcontractor management, and feed to payroll
- Supporting other administrative teams, to help ease demand and/or as required.
- Updating Asset Inventory
- Supporting the ongoing review of systems, processes, procedures, and controls
- NVQ 3 (or equivalent) in Accounting/Finance
- Previous accounting function experience with knowledge of Sage 50
- Experience of Purchase Ledger Payroll Processing including CIS payments and an understanding of Regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Good organisational skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- A flexible and proactive approach to work
Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm
