We are excited to announce opportunities for Reach Truck Drivers at our client's chilled warehouse in Castle Donington. If you're a skilled and certified Reach Truck driver looking for a dynamic and rewarding role, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently operate reach trucks to move stock within the warehouse.
  • Pick and pack palletised and trolley-loaded goods using reach trucks.
  • Handle trailers and stock movements with precision.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on stock.
  • Rotate and replenish stock as necessary.
  • Support various tasks within the warehouse environment.
  • In-house Counterbalance/Reach truck training for eligible candidates.

Shift + Pay:

  • Reach Truck Operators (Days): £13.13 per hour (06:00 - 18:00)
  • Reach Truck Operators (Nights): £14.70 per hour (18:00 - 06:00)
  • 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts

What We're Looking For:

  • Valid Reach Truck FLT license. Both in-house and external certifications are accepted, with proof required.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Maintain calm and focus under pressure.
  • High level of accuracy in tasks.
  • Strong skills in both areas.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a chilled environment.
