We are looking for a dynamic, organised administrator with exceptional communication skills to join our Referral Management Team

We are a busy Community Dental Service, working across 10 boroughs of London. Our Team is highly motivated and patient focused.

The post holder will be part of our referral management team, processing large volumes of referrals.

They will have direct responsibility for receiving, logging and assigning referrals appropriately to waitlists, dealing with enquiries and despatching correspondence.


MAIN DUTIES
Referrals

To be responsible for receiving, processing, and co-ordinating referrals
To deal with telephone and other enquiries regarding appointments from patients and referrers

To provide non-clinical advice and information about clinic appointments, procedures and arrangements, responding to patients' questions, concerns or complaints over the telephone, resolving issues as appropriate and escalating them to the line manager as required.

This position would suit an administrator looking for a rewarding and challenging role
