Role Summary
We are looking for a Band 6 Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our energetic Community Therapy Team at Okehampton Community Hospital.
This permanent role offers part-time hours with flexibility to accommodate individual circumstances.
About the Role
The Community Therapy team assists adults with diverse disabilities, requiring flexible case management, clinical expertise, and professional accountability to provide holistic patient care. Our work includes admission prevention, discharge support, and rehabilitation in various Community settings, using medical, social, and public health approaches. We collaborate closely with colleagues from Community Nursing and Adult Social Care.

Working Hours per Week
Preference will be given to 'Priority' and 'At Risk' status staff, including NHS At Risk employees across Devon.
