Overview:

Duties:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Present menus, take orders, and offer recommendations
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
  • Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
  • Assist in basic food preparation when needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is advantageous
  • Knowledge of culinary terminologies and food items
  • Strong communication skills with a customeroriented approach
  • Basic maths skills for handling payments and bills accurately
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively

£8.81-£14.57 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Experience:
