About the role
The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for all areas of the recruitment and onboarding process, which will include following our Safer Recruitment Policy and ensuring that we are compliant in recruiting to Ofsted and CQC standards.
The Recruitment Officer must have the ability to use their initiative and proactively look for ways to enhance recruitment activity.
