Apprentice - Plumber (2nd year Preferable)

Rate of pay will be based on age and ability.

We are currently looking for apprentices to join our team.

Specification:

Skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Can understand and follow instruction
  • Can work as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of English and communication skills
  • CSCS Card preferable
  • Good understanding of maths
  • Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
  • Can pay close attention to detail
  • Can be flexible in work activities, locations and hours of work
  • Ability to work in external environments and work at height

Description:

  • Liaising with customers and contractors to ensure that services delivered have met expectations
  • Ensuring work areas have been left clean and tidy
  • Cleaning, maintenance and storage of materials and equipment
  • Attend College on a day release basis, and undertake additional training as requested
  • Follow Health & Safety policies and procedures, including the wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE) where needed
  • Use all tools, equipment and materials safely and in accordance with instructions and COSHH regulations
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with colleague, customers and managers
  • Own transport preferable
