We are recruiting a Residential Support Worker to work in a friendly and supportive boarding environment where your input will be key in achieving positive outcomes for our young people.

Our warm and homely boarding houses allow young people to stay at Gretton from Monday to Friday during term time.

Our focus is on making sure each young person feels safe and cared for. A maximum of three young people live together in a house or bungalow within the school grounds.

Working Hours: Early shift (45 hours)

Monday 8am-4pm, Tuesday 7am-5pm, Wednesday
  • Friday 7am 4pm.
Late shift (32 hours) Mon-Thurs 2:30pm-10:30pmSleep in duty as required in line with Rota. Cover waking nights if required.

Term time onlyNote:
Staff currently work 1 week of early shift followed by 1 week of late shift and so on. There is no requirement to work weekends or school holidays.
