Recruitment Consultant Job Specification

Identifying and develop client relationships
Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals
Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment
Advise on and sell the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
Collect reference checks and conduct interviews
Research and develop recruitment leads
Build long term client relationships
Desirable Skills

~2 Years Recruiting experience
~ Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques
~ Customer Service and sales skills
~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
~ Well-organised
~ Ability to make reasonable decisions
~ Experience using applicant tracking and recruitment marketing software
~ Excellent with prioritisation and time-management
~ Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets
