Cyber Advisory

As a Barclays Cyber Advisory & Execution Manager you will pay a key role in supporting the overall management of the growing focus into investigations of Cyber crime by providing guidance and feedback to investigational outcomes and findings, ensuring internalstandards and risk appetite are met.

You will work within Assurance and Advisory, a sub-team within Strategy and Transformation, and effectively manage a number of stakeholders external to the Chief Security Office at varying levels to achieve this.

Working Flexibly

What will you be doing?:

• Providing adhoc advice and ongoing assurance into Physical Security and Investigations inquiries regarding Cyber Crime Investigations
• Engaging with Legal and Compliance firstandsecondlinefocused reviews as they relate to Cyber Crime risks
• Assisting with the review of investigational outcomes, providing a unique blend of proactive and reactive investigative capabilities
• Maintaining training and awareness programs for department colleagues
• Assisting the Strategy and Transformation team with projects across the Investigations department
• Advising on enhancements to policies, processes, procedures and systems to mitigate related risks
• Ensuring reliable, accurate and timely production of Cyber crime related management information
• Ensuring key risk indicators are generated and effectively communicated to stakeholders

What we're looking for:

• Experience advising on Cyber Crime and regulation
• Experience in designing and implementing counter Cyber crime policies and procedures
• Cyber Crime related qualification or experience
• Experience of investigation reporting and communication to stakeholders at all levels

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Experience working within a large complex institution with a robust counter Cyber crime program
• Experience with exposure to banking operations to contribute to and support business decisionmaking
• Experience working within a highly regulated environment
• Knowledge of the current environment and key issues within financial services to counter economic crimes

Where will you be working?

Northampton was the birthplace of Barclaycard in 1966 and we've been based in Pavilion Drive since the building opened in 1997.

We purchased the building from the landlord in early 2018 as a sign of our commitment to investment in Northampton.

Plans to further develop this Campus-style location are under way to allow for a real collaborative work environment. Based just off the A45it is easily accessible by both car and bus routes.
