After a period of expansion, they are now seeking a Property Manager to join their team.


You will be working with a dynamic team of property professionals and will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of residential properties.

This role will be busy and challenging and you will primarily be responsible for handling reactive repairsand pro-active maintenance of the portfolio.

You will be tasked with post move in landlord and tenant relationships, your priority to ensure that all clients are provided with an exceptional service.


Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for all landlord and tenant queries
  • Arranging maintenance with contractors
  • Preparing tenancy paperwork
  • Organising and obtaining relevant safety certification
  • Meeting with contractors on site
  • Assessing contractor work
  • Issuing section notices
  • Managing rental arrears
  • Negotiating and revising costs
  • Rent renewals
  • Property inspections
  • Ensuring full legislative compliance
  • Providing an exceptional level of customer service
  • Managing relationships with landlords
This is a busy and challenging role, and customer service experience is essential


You must have excellent organisational skills, have strong relationship management skills and be able to deal with high pressure situations in a professional manner as no two days will be the same This is an extremely busy portfolio and you will be providedwith all the support you need to excel in this exciting, fast-paced industry.

Our client is offering a basic
salary of up to £25,000.

A full UK driving license and your own vehicle is essential.
