The Best Connection is currently looking for an Warehouse Operative to join their client based in East Kilbride on a temp to perm basis.


This role will involve:

  • Booking in of goods into the warehouse
  • Picking of goods to customer requirements
  • Packing of goods to a safe and secure standard for despatch via couriers.
  • Dispatching customer orders with particular attention to preparing paperwork for packed goods using company's IT programme
  • Stock control and General good housekeeping
  • Inspect and report any defects on machinery and racking etc.

For this role you will have:

  • Previous warehouse experience is essential
  • Be able to work as part of a small team
  • Good timekeeping skills
  • Be able to use computer system

Hours:

Monday to Thursday

Friday

Benefits & Requirements:

  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave prorata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
  • Ongoing Assignment
  • Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
