Rivetter / Production Operativer

Due to a large expansion and new contract, we are recruiting for a Riveter/Production Operative to assist in various departments, the role will comprise of the following duties

• Duties
• Riveting of products to specific requirements
• Production of component parts
• Stock control in and out goods
• Picking and packing of products to complete orders
• Dispatch of orders
• Conduct quality control inspections on products or materials to ensure they meet specified standards and requirements
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve quality issues, reporting issues to the relevant management team
• Document and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Ability to follow instructions
• Safe manual handling practices
• Safe hand tool use practices
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders

Desired but not essential

• Forklift truck licence
• Standard driving licence

Full training will be provided on individual duties

Hours

This is a full-time permanent role available to start ASAP, comprised of 42 hours per week, across Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 16:30 and Friday 07:00 - 13:00.

There is the availability for overtime.

There will be incentive bonuses available based on work output and quality targets.

Based a short distance from Bradford City Centre, with free onsite parking and close to good public transport routes.
