Your Role:
- Timely communication with customers via phone and email
- Assigning quotations to the technical sales team and following up with customers
- Distributing product documentation as per customer requirements
- Data entry into the CRM system for quote requests
- Managing the CRM data and updating quote progress
- Processing return orders for product inspections
- Handling new product and replacement quotations
- Managing the mailbox daily
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of CRM and/or Navision is desirable
- Customer-focused with some sales training background
