ROLE OVERVIEW

Join GRIDSERVE as a Service Desk Team providing 1st and 2nd line IT support for all GRIDSERVE users.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • support tickets in the ITSM tool and assigning them to either yourself or other members of the team as appropriate
  • and 2nd line support for all GRIDSERVE users on Mac and Windows devices, mobiles, printers, meeting room technology, and various other IT equipment
  • document tickets and create knowledge base articles and user instructions
  • of incidents and problems as necessary to internal teams and third-party providers
  • deprovisioning and facilitating role changes for users
  • inductions and other end user training sessions
  • to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes including anti-bribery policy and Environmental and Quality Management System, compliant with ISO standards

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Required experience

  • in an IT service delivery role supporting a Microsoft cloud environment
  • knowledge of Microsoft's Office suite, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Outlook Experience working in an ITSM ticketing system
  • working with third party vendors,desirable
  • of Intune or Kandji administration,desirable
  • troubleshooting experience,desirable
  • and experience of supporting Apple and Android phones,desirable
