About the role:

  • To support the recruitment consultants of the business in their daily administration tasks.
  • To use job boards to actively search for suitable staff to place in existing vacancies.
  • To keep consultants and your line manager up to date with your progress throughout the day.
  • To write job adverts in a variety of languages across a range of platforms.
  • To deal with job advert response effectively and efficiently.
  • Full training will be given on the job with experienced consultants.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must have good attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work effectively under pressure to meet targets and deadlines.
  • We are looking for someone with a positive, cando attitude to join the team.
  • Will be able to work on own initiative also as part of a team.
