We are excited to hire an ambitious and forward-thinking Senior MEP Manager with high-end residential fit-out experience, to join our growing team in London.

The Senior MEP Manager will have responsibility for the management of all aspects of the relevant package including design, procurement, contract governance, preconstruction, mobilisation, commercial aspects, planning, commissioning and delivery through to hand-over.

They will lead a safety-first culture as a priority, in all aspects of the package management process. They will operate in close consultation with the necessary stakeholders and departments, both internally and externally.

Responsibilitiesn·Managing all elements of the defined package, from design to delivery into service.n·Reviewing and commenting on all design information, to ensure it is buildable and commissionable.n·Ensuring all aspects detailed in the precontract, contract governance, mobilisation, construction, delivery and handover sections are fully adhered to.

Managing the relevant subcontractor, to ensure full compliance to these requirements.n·Promoting and delivering a collaborative environment throughout all members of the team including stakeholders and the supply chain.n·Establishing and maintaining site organisation and facilitate effective communications between the employer's representatives.n·Ensuring all reports and information defined in the SWI documentation, are issued in the time frames stipulated.

This will include providing the necessary package narrative for client reports.n·Leading on all aspects of the programme and production control process, associated with your package responsibility.n·Ensuring that the programme is maintained and where programme is slipping, advising the project lead in good time, so that appropriate action can be taken.n·Taking part in decisions affecting cost and programme, such that issues are considered holistically for the good of the overall project.n·Assisting in the preparation of all programmes, understanding critical path activities, system constraints and interdependencies.n·Ensuring all works undertaken on site, are done so in a safe manner.n·Carrying out weekly health and safety tours and making sure that all issues are recorded.n·Ensuring robust method statements, risk assessments are in place and approved, prior to commencement of any works.n·Leading on all aspects of quality, associated with your package responsibility.n·Ensuring each handover date, or area completion is achieved snag-free.

Ensure works are completed in time, and include snagging clearance.

About you:
nYou will have a relevant degree qualification in MEP, Construction or project management. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams.
