Daily responsibilities within this role, will be:

  • Experience in an Customer Service environment, ideally within Sales (training provided)
  • KPI's on outbound calls per day
  • An excellent phone manner
  • Actively sell products and extend product range with the customer
  • Reactivating nonbuying accounts with previous customers
  • Ensure customer details are kept up to date and accurate
