- Booking appointments for viewings, inspections and other meetings
- Diary management
- Organising maintenance work and meeting safety requirements
- Working with contractors and Landlords for repair work and to meet legislative standards
- Liaising with vendors, purchasers, landlords, tenants and contractors
- Other duties as required
- Excellent client facing skills combining the ability to work under pressure and to multi task
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- The ability to prioritise competing and conflicting tasks.
- Confidence combined with a professional approach
- Computer literacy including word, excel and outlook and experience of inhouse databases
