Admin Resourcer (Maternity Cover)

Here at Driver Hire Motherwell, we have an exciting opportunity for an office based Administrator Resourcer, to join our established team of consultants based within Motherwell on a maternity cover contract.

Driver Hire is UK's No.1 supplier of temporary and permanent staff to the transport and logistics sector. We believe in having 'Fun at Work', where hard work is balanced out with an upbeat work environment.

Your duties will include but not limited to;:

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls
  • Filing both virtual and paper documents
  • Updating records on our bespoke database
  • Placing job ads on online portals
  • Screening CV's for suitability
  • Managing appointment diary
  • Reference checking
  • Daily and weekly admin tasks

This is an amazing opportunity for someone keen to start their career within recruitment with opportunities for progression with additional training in other aspects of the business. This role is to initially to cover a minimum 9-months maternity cover with a start as early as January.

Hours and pay;
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700 (office based).

£9.60 p/h (we have the option of offering weekly or monthly pay to suit)
