We are an expanding property management and consultancy company. We own and manage numerous properties in and around the Greater Manchester area. We work with property development, management and consulatancy.

We are looking for a highly motivated Office Administrator Assistant to join our office based in Ashton-Under-Lyne. Working as part of a departmental team and also project managing your own tasks.

Key Responsibilities can include:
Manage key communications with customers/tenants accounts and update company records
Communicate with Council departments, gather, update and act on the information
Create schedules for contractors
Updating ongoing tasks with outcome of repair visits
Managing and tracking keys
Collecting quotes from various repair personnel
Communicate with contractors and tenants
Keeping inhouse systems up to date
Take notes during meetings with clients and suppliers
Check and prepare quotations and invoices
Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

Demonstrate good office skills:
IT literate, time management, prioritisation and organisation
Demonstrate good interpersonal skills

Essential experience and requirements:
Previous experience (min 2 years) in a customer service support environment
Strong word processing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent telephone manner
Able to work well in a team as well as independently
Good at problem-solving and investigating complex queries
Ability to grasp in-house systems quickly
Ability to attend details
Ability to multi-task and resolve problems

Basic IT knowledge
Strong work ethic with a desire to achieve and maintain high standards
Works well under pressure and to deadline
