Role Description
This is a full-time Mortgage Consultant role at 3Q Financial Ltd in Bordon. As a Mortgage Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on mortgage options to clients, assessing their financial situations, and helping them choose the right mortgage products to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for managing mortgage applications and ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients. This is an on-site role, located in Bordon Hampshire, GU35 0FX.
Qualifications
- CeMap or equivalent
- Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending skills
- Experience in providing mortgage advice and assessing financial situations
- Buy To Let and portfolio BTL mortgages
- Knowledge of mortgage products and the finance industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial information
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Leads & Client Bank
3Q recognize that quality leads (rather than quantity) are vital in this type of business. Our target is to build client relations not just push numbers out the door. We can provide a steady income of leads and would expect any candidate to ideally bring a lead bank with them.
Holiday & Earnings
20 Days Holiday are offered along with Bank Holidays and additional holidays over the festive period. A healthy basic salary is offered with realistic OTE of 50k in the first year. Note: Self Employed roles are also offered along with a transition from employed to Self Employed after one year of service.
