Part time (20 hours per week)

Salary - £10.90 per hour

What are we looking for?


Ensure that Front of House runs smoothly and efficiently and be the "face" of the company to clients and guests who will visit the office.

Provide administrative support across the business to support the smooth running of activities.

What will you be doing?

  • Meeting and greeting visitors and signing them in and out.
  • Deal with the queries from public and customers.
  • Ensuring all staff and visitors comply with the company's security and safety procedures
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access.
  • Answering, screening, and directing all incoming calls in a timely manner
  • Supporting induction and management of onsite contractors
  • Sorting incoming and outgoing post/courier deliveries
  • Organising meetings rooms and ensuring refreshments are ready for meetings.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are kept tidy
  • Arrange catering requirements for visits and meetings, as required and as requested by visitor hosts
  • Manage office supplies including, stationery and kitchen/cleaning supplies
  • Ensuring reception area is always clean and tidy
  • Assist with organising employee engagement events
  • Support admin of client audit/questionnaire process
  • Providing adhoc administrative support to the business
  • Supporting the Exec Assistant with specific administrative tasks within the Exec Team function (approximately 30% of the role)
  • Undertake adhoc general office administration duties as and when required and as directed by manager.

Who do we need?

Experience / Knowledge

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Reception / Administration position

Skills / Abilities

  • Proficiency in Outlook, Internet, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Confidence to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong administration skills
  • A strong and proven ability to multitask and prioritise issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills / ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels
  • Possess strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Flexible, proactive, and outgoing
