As a Customer Delivery Team Leader you will ensure the Society's values, customer vision and service proposition are effectively managed through continually improving the processes, policies and procedures.

You will be joining the Savings Operations Leadership team and will work alongside the other 3 Team Leaders and you will lead a team of 10/11 colleagues.

You will be responsible for the day to day running on the Savings Operation teams ensuring all service levels are met and help our colleagues delivery a high standard of quality encouraging a right first time culture.
