Dental Receptionist

We are a small family run dental practice focused on providing preventive, modern dental care to the whole community. We strive to help you improve dental health, in turn promoting general health and wellbeing.

We have been members of the Denplan Quality programme since 1995 and qualified for Denplan Excel accreditation in 2002 affirming our high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the R4 dental software
• Assist with billing and payment processing
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and address their inquiries or concerns

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using computers and ideally R4 software
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fastpaced environment
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus

This position requires a friendly and professional demeanor, as well as the ability to handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
