With a strong foundation in both structural and civil engineering, the company is a top provider of construction consultancy services.

Their specialties include structural and civil engineering, pre-development engineering, building information modelling, engineering,flood management, and transportation & highways.

Many of the largest national home builders, retail developers, and governmental bodies have relied on them in the past to provide engineering services.


Your new role
Your new role will include producing accurate design solutions, from initial sketches to completely coordinated layouts. technically sound having in-depth knowledge of design to British Standards and EuroCodes.

You will be working as a senior member of a teamto achieve goals in order to see projects through from the initial planning stages through to completion.


What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in this role you will need a degree and be chartered or nearly chartered (MIStructE/MICE) as well as past experience in overseeing the entire design process, from conception to completion and previous knowledge in managing severalprojects on a day-to-day basis.

You will also need to be experienced at maintaining effective communication with outside clients and agencies, comprehensive understanding of design according to British Standards, EuroCodes, and CDM for health and safety.

Itwould be ideal to have knowledge of Tekla Structural Designer and experience with large, complicated steel structures.
