We strive to make luxury affordable by designing quality, timeless and versatile designs that can be worn day to night, season to season and loved for years to come.

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for overall financial position of Pretty Lavish working with the directors to optimise the financial performance and drive profitability within the organisation
Translating the vision of the business into a long-term financial strategy and setting the companies financial objectives ensuring these are tracked to help inform future decisions
Overseeing the management of annual budgets and forecasts
Introduce the set up of cashflow forecasts ensuring these are reviewed and managed monthly
Consolidate financial reporting for Directors, offering extensive P&L analysis to highlight opportunities and risks whilst proposing solutions and corrective measures
Support decision making and provide guidance for new business initiatives, marketing requests, and other investment decisions to maximise return on investment and drive cost savings across the business
Actively plan to improve operational efficiency within the finance team and support other departments within the business to develop robust processes and procedures in preparations for organisational growth
Lead, motivate and develop a small finance team, providing regular support to assist with the teams development and progression

Qualification, skills and experience

Experience at Head off / Director level
Previous relevant experience working within a strategic finance role in the Retail sector is essential
Solution driven with experience in start up/scale up businesses
Focused on delivery, efficiency and driving bottom line numbers
Commercially focused in all decision making
Experienced in driving growth strategies/developing financial building blocks
Strategic thinking and planning skills with the ability to develop financial business plans and ensure successful implementation
Ability to multi-task with a high degree of analytical proficiency and integrity
Strong leadership, communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
