Why is this D365 CE Pre-Sales Solution Architect position a great opportunity?


As a Dynamics 365 CE Pre-Sales Solution Architect you will work within our Innovations Lab formed to ensure we stay up to date, and keep our customers up to date, with the latest technology products and services.

You will work on building products and other IPs, these products range from small add-ons to existing products, such as Dynamics 365, to vertical solutions covering multiple Microsoft products.

Additionally, you'll assist in creating internal IP to ensure our organization operates efficiently and we can offer the best experience for our customers.


What skills and working characteristics should this person have?:

  • A strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
  • Experience working in a consultancy environment.
  • Experienced solution seller
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Understanding of the wider Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 and Azure
  • Excellent phone manner and customer focus
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Confident decision maker
  • Strong multitasking abilities

As a D365 CE Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing pre-sales input to the sales process
  • Identifying and documenting customers' pain points, processes, and requirements
  • Responding to RFPs and RFQs
  • Crafting high quality proposals, including estimates
  • Providing product demonstrations to customers
  • Mentoring sales team members to expand their product knowledge.
  • Working with the Innovation Lab to define new product requirements.
  • Providing thought leadership content to the marketing team
