We are looking for an organised, creative team player that gets their kicks from writing content that stops thumbs in their tracks and blogs that crash websites with extra traffic.

Like Harry Potter with a Golden Snitch, we are seeking a buzzing Social Media Executive to spearhead our social media initiatives and manage our team of free-range designers. Your expertise will ensure that our client's social media accounts are primed for promotion and On Poynt's feed not only showcase our eye-catching visuals but also feature compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience.

We want someone who loves to flog a blog, and is willing to adopt a modern, AI way of working with tools that mean we are always providing the best product for our clients, in the most timely manner.

But, we don't want someone who simply leans on AI. They should have a passion for writing, and creating content that is truly original – one of our values is craft and graft, and although AI is scary yet great, it will never substitute for a human touch.

Key Responsibilities:


•\tCraft captivating captions, blogs, and posts that align with client tone of voice and marketing goals.


•\tManage the most creative team of designers this side of the East Midlands to create innovative visual content for various social media platforms.


•\tA creative person who lives social media, so they are up to date with current trends and can send a post more viral than a doctor's waiting room.


•\tContinuously refresh On Poynt Creative's social media presence with written content and video to maintain engagement and get high-profile clients swiping right.


•\tThe ability to measure, analyse, and report on social media performance to ensure maximum impact and return on investment.


•\tA strong person who can get clients screaming 'sir yes sir' by adopting and optimise the On Poynt Social process to create seamless results quickly.


•\tVideo creation and editing to chop content together like Jackie Chan. Hayyah

Qualifications:


•\t2 years proven experience in social media management and content creation with a portfolio of successful campaigns.


•\tExceptional writing and editing skills, with a flair for tailoring messages to different audiences.


•\tStrong leadership abilities with experience in managing creative teams.


•\tProficient in social media analytics tools and capable of translating data into actionable strategies.


•\tCreative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail to make sure silly mistakes are a distant memory.
