Exciting Opportunity: Project Coordinator Needed

Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the coordination and delivery of diverse projects, ensuring they meet agreed cost, scope, and schedule.
  • Collaborate with our SED team in designing and estimating projects before implementation.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing works assigned to suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Provide expert technical guidance on equipment and plant repair, refurbishment, or replacement.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor pre-construction process plans to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Attend startup, site visit, and design meetings, contributing valuable insights.
  • Work closely with the SED department to align project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is in place for seamless handover and sign-off.
  • Handle scope change notices in compliance with contract requirements, including early warnings and compensation notices.
  • Generate data for project-level KPIs to track progress and performance effectively.
  • Produce accurate O&M manuals and Health and Safety files using the appropriate resources.
  • Lead project teams, both internal and subcontracted, and take full accountability for successful project delivery.
  • Manage the activities of multi-disciplinary project teams following established project delivery procedures.
  • Embrace any additional duties relevant to the role with enthusiasm and diligence.
