Your new company
This is a Stockport based consultancy looking after commercial sector clients, offering Valuations, L&T, property management and agency services. You would be working as part of a team of 22 and focusing on local business.

They are based in a business parkso plenty of parking spaces for you but they are also close by to the centre of Stockport.

If you are looking for a close knit team that offer local work, this is the place to be.

Your new role
In this role you will be looking after commercial properties, generally offices and retail parks across the North West. You will then liaise closely with landlords and tenants, delivering rent reviews, lease renewals, service charges. This is a client facingrole where you will build working relationships and help to grow the business further.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a chartered commercial property surveyor or on the way to become chartered, with previous experience delivering property management and service charges.

You will need to have commercial sector experience, great communication skills and wanting tohelp grow a business further in a sustainable manner.
