About us:


Company has 3 Residential Care Home for service users who require personal care and 2 homes Location in Oldham and 1 in Rochdale.

Established for over many years and we have enjoyed an excellent reputation for providing first class care and we are proud of our industry-based reputation.


What we can offer you:

  • Position: activities Coordinator
  • Part
- time permanent contract.

  • Monday to Friday, some weekends. (about 30 hours), more hours will be given if needed.
Will discuss at the interview.

  • Everyday 6 Hours ( 2 hours in Each Care Home).

  • Health and Social Care course level 2 and beyond post probation.

Key Tasks:

  • To coordinate and deliver activities for residents; physical, emotional spiritual.
  • To network with communitybased organisations to ensure that wide range of activities are readily available for residents.
  • To be the first point of contact for families.
  • To organise visit safely as per the Home's Policy.

Essential:

  • Genuine interest in providing care and support to vulnerable residents.
  • Driving mandatory. Mileage will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
  • Team player
  • Satisfactory DBS Check, to include SOVA list.
  • Willingness to participate in Training Programme

Desired:

  • Previous experience of working in a similar environment.
