Good Oaks Homecare is looking for someone with experience in domiciliary care to join our team in Aylesbury.

We are looking for a part-time Field Care Supervisor to be responsible for our service users and care workers within our local community.

The role is to ensure compliance and the service users are receiving the care and support they need and deserve.

This job role is field-based, you will be liaising with the service users and families directly from the initial assessment through the duration of their time with us, including reviews.


You will be responsible for supervising and managing the care and support workers, ensuring they are always following Good Oak's high standards, policies and procedures.

You will be working closely with the Care Manager and other office members to ensure the service is running effectively.

You will be playing an active part in the care, covering care calls when needed to support the care staff, and carrying out support visits and supervisions.
