Sunderland Depot is seeking applicants for the position of a Vehicle Preparer/painter, working 39 hours per week, day shift, Monday to Friday.


The principal duties of the position are:

  • Sanding, repairing, and painting panels
  • Sanding and painting wheels
  • Fabrication of panels
  • Steam cleaning and washing vehicles
  • Any other depot duties deemed suitable by management


Applicants must have a valid car driving licence, a PCV or HGV licence would be desirable or alternatively proven experience of driving large vehicles, although full training will be provided.


A flexible approach to working practices is required due to the varying requirements of the position as is working as part of a team.
