Host/Hostess Position at a Top 20 Care Home Group
Salary: £12.13 per hour plus company benefits
Part-time: 16 hours per week
Location: Emerson Grange, Hextable, Swanley

Emerson Grange is a luxurious residential, nursing, and dementia care home part of the Top 20 Care Home Group. We are currently seeking Hosts/Hostesses to join our team on a part-time basis, including weekends.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef and catering team in delivering exceptional dining services
  • Ensure resident satisfaction and choice during meal times
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in dining and food storage areas
  • Set tables to meet quality expectations

The Host/Hostess plays a vital role in providing excellent food service, understanding residents' preferences, and coordinating with the Care Services Manager to meet hydration and nutritional requirements. This position involves working on residential floors and in the Clubhouse restaurant.

Experience as a Restaurant Waiter/Waitress is preferred, while a hospitality background is also valued.
