Nauta is a pan-European venture capital firm that invests in early-stage B2B technology companies. With over half a billion in assets under management and a portfolio of 60 technology companies, we stand out as one of Europe's largest B2B-focused VCs.

We are searching for a talented individual with a flair for storytelling, a curious nature, and a passion for technology to come on board as a Marketing & Communications Specialist beginning in June 2024 for a fixed-term contract lasting 6-9 months.

Responsibilities

Located in London, you will collaborate closely with our Head of Marketing & Communications to engage new audiences and elevate our brand recognition. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing the day-to-day implementation of our marketing and communications campaigns, creating content for both our online and offline platforms.

This position is very hands-on and is ideal for an independent self-starter who thrives in a team environment. Unlike typical entry-level roles, you will have the opportunity to shape and acquire knowledge about formulating a comprehensive marketing strategy, all while gaining insights into the world of venture capital and technology startups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate, generate, and share content across Nauta's owned platforms (website, social media, newsletter)
  • Conduct market research and analysis
  • Assist in planning and executing events
  • Maintain and update company databases and contact lists
  • Create press releases and engage in media outreach for important announcements
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing performance metrics across various channels
  • Assist with daily marketing administrative duties
  • Handle community management activities on our internal platform

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (Backgrounds in Business, Journalism, Communications, Media, or Marketing are preferred)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities; fluency in English is highly desirable
  • Keen interest in B2B marketing
  • Rapid learning capabilities and adeptness in independent work
  • Basic design and graphic skills on Canva are advantageous

This fixed-term contract will initiate in June 2024, and further specifics will be addressed during the interview.
