Despatch Operative

Job Introduction
We currently have exciting opportunities for Despatch Operative (Nightshift) to join the team in Coupar Angus.

The hours of work and shift patterns are:

Wednesday - Friday and every 2nd Saturday 6pm - 6am.

Rate of pay:
£12.93 per hour.
Main Responsibilities

• Loading Pallets
• Loading vehicles
• Unloading vehicles
• Checking consignments
• Ensuring any discrepancies are identified and recorded.
• Keeping accurate and legible records
• Logging on to scan guns and scanning the product.
• Palletising product from dispatch bays
• Helping assist the Despatch supervisor look after areas and lines.
• Basic numeracy ability
• Good written and spoken English
• Team player and willing to help out and learn new skills.
• Good time keeping and attendance.
• Previous experience in a food factory environment would be beneficial.
• A flexible approach and outlook to work.
• The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a small team.

Pallet Truck Licence

• Required.
