As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment strategy, fostering client relationships, and identifying high-calibre candidates. This principal position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in 360 contract recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex hiring landscapes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on executive and leadership roles.

  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Results-oriented with a commitment to achieving targets and exceeding client expectations.
