Responsibilities

:

Receive and clean laundry. Ensure that all equipment is in good condition.

  • Perform general housekeeping tasks like keeping the laundry room clean and organized.
  • Assess needs for repair or replacement of equipment and report problems timely. Report damage to property or injuries to customers or employees. timely.
  • Repair broken appliances, machines, fixtures, etc. as needed. Ensure that all repairs are made in a timely manner.
  • Supervise staff performing maintenance on property. Ensure that all maintenance is performed in a timely manner as required by law. Maintain standards for housekeeping including trash removal, recycling, restocking supplies, etc. at appropriate times. Report maintenance issues promptly. Report missing items to Human Resources Department immediately.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
