With more than 200 staff from offices in Ashton under Lyne, Leigh and in our supported accommodation projects across the North West, we support over 7,000 people annually through the contracts we manage.

This position is within Reubens Court, based in Leigh. This is a supported housing scheme for single people aged 18 plus. The service is to provide accommodation and support for single people with complex/mental health needs.

Role Information:

As a Family Key Worker you will be part of a busy team and responsible for a caseload of clients, coordinating health and wellbeing outcomes, self-confidence and self-development, undertaking a variety of case management responsibilities.

To carry out risk and needs assessments with clients, developing personalised SMART actions and be a strong advocate for asset-based and trauma-informed approaches.

You will be confident in working closely with colleagues, residents and our partner agencies to compliment the support offered to the residents.

As a valued team member will be confident in using a range of IT and software packages to support you in completing regular reporting and ensure accurate records are kept and maintained regarding our clients and service.

You will be part of a team of 5 working at our supported housing accommodation in Hindley and have support and direction from colleagues, managers and senior leaders who will help you to grow and enhance your role.

You will be part of the North Area of Jigsaw Support which manages accommodation based services in Wigan and Lancaster.
