VNA Recruitment are looking for a
Architectural Technician to join one of our clients based in Ongar.


This is a creative architectural design role for someone who has a good knowledge of building regulations and planning law to oversee compliance of the interior design team.


Key responsibilities


To be able to detail and lodge all local authority submissions from building regulations, planning and listed building to ensure all the work undertaken by the creative team is fully compliant.


Essential experience required

  • Have experience with a good understanding of logistics for project delivery
  • Understand the RIBA work stages
  • Have experience managing own workload and coordinate with others
  • Have an understanding of Health & Safety management in Construction
  • Previous experience in the Hotel & Leisure sector would be an advantage but not essential
  • Creative approach to adapt to fast track project delivery which can be varied from small scope to new builds.
