Northgate's Customer Service Team is growing and we have an exciting opportunity to join our busy, highly valued team in Darlington as a Customer Service Representative.
You will have an appetite to learn, a proactive approach to support in various workstreams, a positive outlook and an ability to use your own initiative and take ownership to provide solution to problems.
A key attribute for success is the ability to effectively manage various customer requests as well as providing a high level of service to all stakeholders, both internal and external.
You will achieve this by striving for a one touch resolution, picking up the phone and reinforcing our culture of being people talking to people.
