Role - Sales Administrator (Export and International Customers)

Salary - £23,000

Hours - Full time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday 08:30am - 16:30pm, 37.5 hours per week.

Adecco are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator for our prestigious Manufacturing client who are a world leader in their field.


Due to expansion, this fantastic opportunity has become available as our client continues to increase their global presence working with many repeat and existing customers as well as with new customers on exciting, exclusive projects.

Knowledge and previous experience of export documentation is advantageous but not essential as training on this will be provided.

Key duties will include:

  • Sales order processing for both catalogue orders and bespoke project orders
  • Producing quotations
  • Communicating and collaborating with other departments including the warehouse and production teams to ensure orders are running smoothly and shipments are happening to schedule
  • Organising shipments and transportation
  • Producing export documentation including certificates of origin via the Chamber of Commerce
  • Ensuring sales records are accurate kept up to date
