We are a family-run UK business that operates a PizzaExpress franchise at Gatwick Airport, creating exceptional experiences for all our customers.

We are looking for committed and enthusiastic individuals to join our team at PizzaExpress, Gatwick South Terminal, airside.

This is an hourly paid role with shifts available between 3am pm (there is no requirement for split or double shifts).

You'll be part of a great team dedicated to delivering top-notch service, guiding your team to deliver memorable service to our customers.

What you'll do:

• Lead and motivate our awesome team.
• Ensure topnotch service and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Support and train new team members.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate when needed.
• Keep shifts running smoothly and handle effective handovers.
• Work with backofhouse staff for seamless service.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for food and great service.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Benefits
Pay rate is £11.

50 per hour applicable to all age ranges,

- a 10% optional service charge distributed via tronc (expected to be > £500 per month for full-time staff)
