As part of the Keoghs team, you will collaborate with Unit Directors, Team Leaders, File Handlers, Quality, Risk & Compliance experts, Client Account Managers, and the Audit team.

• Ensure technical quality of work in Casualty teams, handling values of up to £250K
• Drive quality and technical frameworks and processes in the Casualty area
• Meet clients' SLAs and claims handling requirements
• Identify training needs, process improvements, and legal developments to enhance service quality and KPI performance
• Manage an effective audit function that meets internal and external audit standards

• Financial Authority of at least £100K
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in handling casualty claims and litigation
