Office Manager

Woollcombe Yonge are seeking a new office manager to join the firm to succeed our current office manager who is due to retire.

The candidate

  • Will have an excellent administrative skill set, including fast and accurate audio typing skills.
  • Will have a strong user knowledge of IT packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook. Will be a team player focused on providing an exceptional service with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have exceptional organizational skills and be able to manage a busy office environment with over 40 staff members.
  • Have the ability to maintain and review contracts and agreements with third parties.
  • Have the ability to liaise with third party suppliers for office equipment and supplies.
  • Will be able to liaise with the Partners and support them with practice administration and risk management.
  • Will assist the Partners with HR support.

    Remuneration is competitive and dependent upon experience.

    It is intended that this is a full-time permanent position but other working patterns will be considered.
