Our homes is looking for a Seasonal Gardener who is hands-on, you'll assist in making sure that the gardens are maintained to a high standard. You'll be passionate and enthused and knowledgeable about the varied plants within the garden.

Locations:

Derwent Lodge Nursing Home, 197 New Ferry Road, CH62 1DX

Lezayre Nursing Home, Egerton Park, CH42 4RB

The Role:

  • Cultivating grassed areas, flower beds, hedges, shrubs, and borders
  • Carrying out landscaping duties including drainage clearance, pathways, and steps
  • Clearing leaves around the site, both by machine and manually
  • Carrying out minor repairs around the estate
  • Helping with guttering and gully clearance

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within grounds care and maintenance
  • Strong general plant knowledge
  • Competent working to Health and Safety and COSHH regulations
  • Any qualifications within the horticultural would be desirable, but not essential.

Job Types:
Part-time, Zero hours contract

Salary:
£10.42 per hour
