  • Tiling wall and floors
  • Basic carpentry, stud walls etc
  • Block paving and paving
  • Basic groundworks
  • Able to read plans
  • General labouring
  • Basic block work and brick work. We are not looking for a bricklayer though so only basic level in this.
  • Basic roofing, timber work and tiling work
  • Over seeing and organising labourers and liaising with other trades on site


Driving licence preferred but not essential if learning is in progress and a licence will be gained within a year period.
