Duties:

  • Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations within the hotel
  • Liaise with the kitchen staff and ensure efficient food production
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Train and supervise staff on proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and ensure smooth operations
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and compliance with health regulations
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in relation to food service operations
  • Proficient in computer systems used for inventory management and pointofsale transactions
