The Project:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to be at the forefront of executing a large-scale change programme within the bank, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
In this role, you will be a vital part of the leadership team, taking charge of defining business and functional requirements.
You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of the business's challenges and opportunities, and acting as a Product Owner throughout the change lifecycle.
Extensive experience in end-to-end digital transformations in the banking sector.Delivery of significant digital transformation projects with budgets exceeding £5 million.
Ability to manage and oversee projects from the initial planning stages through to full implementation.
Deep knowledge of core banking and related functions, ideally with experience of digital banking platforms.
Management of complex business and functional requirements using Capability / Epic / Feature / Story hierarchies.
Plan and execute workshops with both in-person and remote attendees to analyse and define requirements.
Collaborate with the UX team and business stakeholders to define user journeys mapped to feature sets.
Build credibility with senior stakeholders, managing complex environments and facilitating agreement and buy-in.
Identify, manage, and report project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID) and work with project managers to mitigate them.
Manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
